Claro Walnut Dish
A beautiful display piece, or the perfect dish to serve dinner rolls, this colorful Claro Walnut shallow dish is 11-1/2' in diameter and 2" deep at the center, tapering to a fine edge. Treated with natural Danish oil and a protective coating of Carnuba wax, it feels good to hold, and glimmers in the light when turned side to side. A fine piece to own, or give as a gift.
Price: $85.00
Bowl in American Cherry
The lovely warmth of fine Cherry, hand rubbed with several coats of Danish oil and buffed to a soft sheen. This one is 9-1/2" in diameter and 2" deep, with a gentle curve to the inside that shows off ripples of grain. Nice to grace your table or display full of pine cones, it will serve for years.
Price: $54.00
Spalted Birch Lidded Vessel
Attractive grain patterns swirl around this Spalted Birch vessel, topped by a lid and finial in Western Red Cedar. The vessel is 6" high, with a 4" lid and finial above a Red Cedar collar, making the piece a total height of 10". Finished with several coats of Danish oil and a buffed coat of Carnuba wax, its gleam will make an admirable display on a mantel or bookshelf. This vessel shows off the warmth of wood at its best.
Price: $175.00
Spalted Birch Plate
Like a slice of Ambrosia, this little 5-3/4" plate is a showpiece of what nature can do to wood. Wild grain patterns rest like a frozen splash on both top and bottom, going all the way through its depth. A rare wood, not commonly found, it will grace your mantel or entry table. It would also make a fine gift.
Price: $35.00
Red Cedar Decorated Bowl
Western Red Cedar in a 9-3/4" wide, shallow bowl with an attached leather thong and glittering baubles to decorate the finely-coved edge. A unique piece, finished with several coats of natural Danish oil, and protective Carnuba wax. Clean by hand only.
Price: $68.00
'Running Crow' Mahogany Bowl
10-1/2" diameter, 1-3/4" deep, this lovely mahogany bowl revealed a grain pattern that claimed my imagination instantly. It is clearly a figure of a crow running across the bottom of the curved bowl, a marvelous surprise. Display this piece on a mantel, fill it with cupcakes, or serve up the chips. It cleans up with a quick dip in soap and water, then dry by hand. Stand not included.
Price: $68.00
Osage Orange Bowl
5 - 1/2" in diameter x 1 - 3/4" high. A very dense hardwood, Osage Orange glows with iridescence when turned in the hand. This is an expensive, imported 'exotic' in my area, though native to Missouri and the U.S. Southeast. Use for nuts, or change or keys on an entry table. Wash and dry by hand.
Price: $55.00
